This allows our partners to assess suitable accommodation without having to manage the property sourcing process themselves, while providing landlords with a professional and reliable point of contact.

About the Founder Liam Rendell
LBR Ventures was founded by Liam Rendell, building on more than 15 years of property experience working within the property and housing environment as a qualified electrician.
Throughout this time Liam has worked alongside landlords, tenants, housing associations and other property professionals, developing a practical understanding of the importance of reliability, communications and looking after a property properly.
LBR Ventures was created to bring that experience into a dedicated property and accommodation business, with the focus on building genuine long-term relationships and providing a professional service to every partner and property we work with.
